This one’s hilarious and goes into the category of “you can’t be serious – are there really people in the world like that????” It’s from Wife Swap. (yes, yes I know. I should be doing better things with my time). If you don’t know the program (or don’t want to admit to knowing the program), it’s all about two wives/mothers from different families swapping lives for a week. The TV producer in me knows that much of it must be either coaxed and/or heavily produced and so not entirely accurate, but at the same time, they’ve got to start with something. You can’t make something out of nothing.
I think my favorite bit is where they say they’ve got a christmas tree up all year round.
